How can we help?...

  • Where do your products come from?
    Where possible, our products are sourced from within the EU. For specific product queries, please contact us.
  • What are the payment options?
    All payment are taken securely though Square retails system. All cards are accepted.
  • How long does delivery take?
    All orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday will be shipped the same day for delivery next day. Any order placed after 2pm Thursday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery next day. We use APC Courier and tracking information will be provided as you order is dispatched. Please allow 48 hours for the delivery if not received please get in touch so we can look into the matter for you.
  • What is your returns policy?
    Due to the nature of the products being food based we are unable to except returns due to incorrect orders or change of mind. If the product is faulty or not a descripted, please get in touch so we can discuss the best option with you. This does not affect your statutory rights.   • Do you offer gift cards?
    Yes, we offer eGift Card which are delivered to your chosen recipient by email on a date of your choice. Order from our Gift Cards page today.
  • Can I collect from your premises?
    You are welcome to collect directly form us, or come and browse our stock. You'll find us at Storm's Raw Emporium Ltd Unit 10. Bridge Court Business Park, 1 Czar Street, Holbeck, Leeds, LS11 9UH Opening times are: 10am to 3pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 2pm on Saturday.
